2-hours tour of the National Gallery of Modern and Contemporary Art in Rome. IMPORTANT: the ticket cost is separate and is the responsibility of the participants | Prices: €17 adults | €2 EU citizens aged 18-25 | free: under 18 and the first Sunday of each month. | The guided tour follows the various exhibition areas of the museum, with a particular focus on Italian artists and their history (representatives of Arte Povera and the Roman School, Lucio Fontana and Alberto Burri). The GNAMC is the main exhibition venue for contemporary art works in Rome. The setup includes works from the 1800s, 1900s, and the contemporary period, and they are organized in a completely innovative way, "communicating" with each other within the museum's vast exhibition areas. This is a decidedly alternative tour compared to the more crowded and common tours of the city of Rome.
